Very unprofessional and not willing to help. I was not able to get any assistance regarding my issue when I visited in person although I scheduled an appointment I was not sat with and my issue was just disregarded at the desk. They gave me unnecessarily complicated instructions and the employee was speaking in a very angry tone although I was just trying to understand what was required of me. I later was able to solve it within minutes when I contacted the bank online.

I don't understand why they're asking SSN/TIN for wire transfer. I just arrived in the US and don't have those numbers yet, cause I'm a student and I got a scholarship from my country so I also don't have to make SSN/TIN if I don't want to. The other bank that I made didn't ask me those when I wanted to do wire transfer, domestic or internationally. I can't use zelle cause my phone number is already used for zelle in other bank, I want to change my email that I use, can't do that in the PNC app. This bank is waaay too much h... read more

I had a frustrating experience when trying to get a new card. It took over two hours, and several people who arrived after me were helped before I was. I understand everyone is working hard, but it would be helpful if the process followed a first-come, first-served system to ensure fairness. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me asked for a good rating, which I found unprofessional given the situation. I hope improvements can be made to provide a better experience for everyone.

The employees here are surprisingly incompetent. Came in to get a cashiers check and it took over half an hour. No real tellers.
