I was at the KoP branch today to complete a couple of transactions for a family member who has health problems. I go to this branch to do so frequently and there have never been any problems, but today was different. The staff and manager (Kayla Pham) treated me, and my relative like we were strangers and suspiciously rather than loyal customers who have been with this bank for decades.
