Great Customer Service and People. I met with Kayla Pham about lending options for small businesses. As a new venture small business owner, me and my husband were very impressed with her knowledge, and genuine interest in helping us. At no point did we feel like she was trying to sell us a product. Spare yourself from going there. One of the worst banking experiences I've ever had. Condescending, and rude. Only one employee doing their job. Total joke. Can't believe they pay these people to stand around and do nothing. I've been to several PNC Branches. King of Prussia is the worst. Not to mention trying to get in the parking lot with the construction from the sink hole.
Absolutely disappointed. I have been with this branch for years. My wife & I have deposited thousands of dollars. Along with my Family & this is the way we get treated!?!? If I could give zero stars, I would. Please stop making digital branches! If your machine cannot accept specific bills to make cash deposits then your branch becomes useless. I have done all the weird quirks the employees have recommended at this branch to help the machine accept my bills. I have had difficulties with this branch multiple times now. Please just make branches with tellers!
Thank you to Thomas who made the process of changing my last name quick and easy. He was also able to print out a document for me to use at the DMV to get my name changed for my ID as well.
