This branch is of the highest caliber. I visited this location in order to make a sizable cash withdrawal, and while the procedure was straightforward and uncomplicated, Yvonne, the teller, provided outstanding customer service!

I was at the KoP branch today to complete a couple of transactions for a family member who has health problems. I go to this branch to do so frequently and there have never been any problems, but today was different. The staff and manager (Kayla Pham) treated me, and my relative like we were strangers and suspiciously rather than loyal customers who have been with this bank for decades. Great Customer Service and People. I met with Kayla Pham about lending options for small businesses. As a new venture small business owner, me and my husband were very impressed with her knowledge, and genuine interest in helping us. At no point did we feel like she was trying to sell us a product.
