Thank you to Thomas who made the process of changing my last name quick and easy. He was also able to print out a document for me to use at the DMV to get my name changed for my ID as well.
I don’t know if it’s a Pennsylvania thing but this state has to be by far the worst customer service . Betty was terrible , girl at the front desk all she good for is to sit there and look pretty because she had poor Betty there alone with 7 customers talking about it might take 20 min instead of helping on top of that they couldn’t cash my check but have no explanations
This experience already pushed me to the edge with this bank. After providing any piece of information they required to verify my identity they required my lost green card which they didn't even have in the system to give me a certified check for closing. These people are making closing on a house impossible for me today and instead of being straightforward they just made me waste my time when I could've looked for alternatives....one of them will be closing this account ASAP and transfer to a bank that's reliable and gets t... read more
