Miss EKA..... I had to take the time to shout this amazing lady out. For helping me and going over and beyond her job. It was late, and she didn't have to help me. She could have said, no we are closed an turned her back on me. But she did not. I had customer service on the phone and both ladies made it a point to help me. I thought I was about to be out of luck, because my card was locked in the machine and I had cash on hand to rent a car. But everyone knows, you rent with a card. But I did have my id. Thank God. I have been coming this location for the past 6 years. Used to be very friendly all good people here. Now the new manager black woman is very rush and disrespect . Won’t be back ever again
