I can only speak to my experience with the London OH branch and it wasn't good. I needed statements as of the date of death to open my husband's estate. I provided them with a copy of the death certificate, which they subsequently lost, but that wasn't sufficient. I was trying to get confirmation of what they needed. I went through the drive through ATM and it said technical difficulties; so I drove around the block to use the one inside. The person in front of me had done the same. I went inside and told them, they said we know we have a call in. I said maybe you could put a cone in the lane to block others from going through the same thing, I got a “ ok thanks we will try.” Seriously not a difficult thing to do, customer service not so great.
