I can only speak to my experience with the London OH branch and it wasn't good. I needed statements as of the date of death to open my husband's estate. I provided them with a copy of the death certificate, which they subsequently lost, but that wasn't sufficient. I was trying to get confirmation of what they needed. I went through the drive through ATM and it said technical difficulties; so I drove around the block to use the one inside. The person in front of me had done the same. I went inside and told them, they said we know we have a call in. I said maybe you could put a cone in the lane to block others from going through the same thing, I got a “ ok thanks we will try.” Seriously not a difficult thing to do, customer service not so great.

not liking they're atm, makes way too much noise like look everyone, im getting money, misewell have an alarm that goes off everytime ya do a withdrawal, lol but their customer service is pretty good
