When I come in to this office, the banker Jason is courteous and knowledgeable. I have been managing several Financials situations recently, and this visit made me feel comfortable in moving forward. He is always kind and willing to help. Also, when I visit the teller to see Jasmine, she is always smiling, a d that makes me feel welcomed. I am thank fully this branch is nearby to assist for anything needed. Go see them today.
What a pleasant experience! Miss Jasmine at the front desk is an absolute angel. She delivers some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. She got us comfortable, retrieved some refreshers for us, and just all around had a wonderful and bubbly personality. We were also greeted by Mister Cam. He had our issue resolved almost immediately. I have been in the hospital intubated for nearly a month and my husband was by my side constantly. The payment was late because I pay the bills and he had no clue. You people called and harassed him several times a day being extremely nasty! This is not what customer service is about! We will be refinancing to get away from the terrible customer service there! I will also make sure no one I know uses you in the future!
Although PNC is a good general banking institution this particular location seems completely clueless The branch manager wanted me to deposit a check into the ATM instead of taking care of me at the desk she was also completely ignorant of the fact that a patron can do same-day deposits I recommend taking your business elsewhere
Even if you do an appointment, be prepared to wait… but very polite receptionist
