Although PNC is a good general banking institution this particular location seems completely clueless The branch manager wanted me to deposit a check into the ATM instead of taking care of me at the desk she was also completely ignorant of the fact that a patron can do same-day deposits I recommend taking your business elsewhere
Even if you do an appointment, be prepared to wait… but very polite receptionist
If I could rate this PNC branch zero stars, I would. I have been banking with PNC for years now and the treatment I received here was nothing short of horrible. My main bank is online, USAA and I opened my account with PNC to have a bank nearby. Go back to November of 2024, I have tried to work with the bank to get important paperwork notarized for my deceased father for more than five months at this point.
