I would like to praise pnc bank's friendly and professional staff, especially I would like to praise Ana and Lazarella, the employees who work, who are very professional, kind and perform their work at a high level
The customer service is absolutely terrible at this location. Bankers are rude and unprofessional.

I just left PNC on lemont road. I must say I got the best treatment ever from Sheila. I am thinking the people that criticize her is out of jealousy. She's a beautiful woman and people get intimidated. She couldn't be nicer. Thank you Sheila.
