I’ve been with PNC for 13 years and have come to realize they are one of the worst banks to bank with. I will be terminating all my accounts soon. They abide too strictly by their incredibly high parameters to actually be helpful to individuals. This must be a bank that really just caters to the upper class and wealthy. I’ve had the Cash Rewards credit card for 7 years in hopes to grow my credit score. I was given a $1,000 limit which was reasonable then (in 2017) with my limited credit experience. No longer an actual bank, you cannot do any banking transactions at this location.
This place sucks! Come to this bank if you want the workers to make you feel bad about yourself
