Excellent service from few remaining humans at bank
I love the burke location. All the tellers are so welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and helpful specially Deepika and Yasmin. When you come in you can feel the warm and beautiful smiles. Their customer service is excellent. I give them a 100% excellency.
This location is terrible and please save yourself time and go to different locations. They are no help and give you misinformations
We went to deposit and Manraj was amazing! He was super helpful and personable with us and gave us amazing customer service! Made our visit wonderful!
Need to move the money from one PNC account to another PNC account, but have been there three consecutive days without any progress. The branch manager was never there but only the teller with no capability to move the large amount, instead the teller only has the limit of $4000. Totally wast of my time as the branch is not functional at all. I was so upset at the last time there and drove to another PNC branch. Finally get it done. Fix it or have change the bank.
