I would prefer to give my experience at the Sharonville PNC less than 1 star if that option was available. I stopped at this location on my way to an appointment. I wanted to deposit an insurance check from a very well known company and bank. The teller had me waiting at the window for a ridiculous amount of time which caused me to be late for my appointment and she waited on other customers who came after me. Great customer service!
Very inconsistent customer service. Don't waste your time.
The manager at this branch is by far the best manager PNC or any banks that I had encountered. She gets things done with just one phone call from me vs the other PNC locations that I called for the last 2 months. She’s a real asset to PMC and should be promoted!!
