Terrible experience . Came in for online banking help. Sat there for 45 minutes & left with the same problem I came in with . I asked if someone else in the office can help he said no then Gave me a customer service number too call . 0 outa 5 stars.
I would prefer to give my experience at the Sharonville PNC less than 1 star if that option was available. I stopped at this location on my way to an appointment. I wanted to deposit an insurance check from a very well known company and bank. The teller had me waiting at the window for a ridiculous amount of time which caused me to be late for my appointment and she waited on other customers who came after me. I was told that I could not deposit the check into my account unless I came inside the bank, presented my photo I D.... read more

Very inconsistent customer service. Don't waste your time.
The manager at this branch is by far the best manager PNC or any banks that I had encountered. She gets things done with just one phone call from me vs the other PNC locations that I called for the last 2 months. She’s a real asset to PMC and should be promoted!!
