Very friendly employees
I love the convenience of the PNC banks located in the Giants. If I need to use the atm late at night, I go to a Giant because I feel safer. I wish the employees were more helpful. There were times that I needed a teller but they would tell me to use the atm. Um, sometimes I need help and PNC should teach their employees customer service instead of telling customers to 'use the atm'.
