Good guys best treatment
Understaffed and workers rather talk to themselves than customers. Machine always broken.
My daughter has her first account with PNC as she starts in College. She came today June 30th to this branch to get a debit card. They told her their machine was broken, to come back tomorrow. They felt that answer was sufficient. She asked how long it would take to get there if they mailed it and they said they have now idea. Incompetence and horrible customer service at the same time.
