Very small branch that is conveniently located for me. The tellers are nice enough. A big concern I had was that they did not require my ID to cash my check and deposit/withdraw my money. I'm a new customer so I don't know if that was just this branch or if that's PNC as a whole, but Chase always requires my ID and that gives me a sense of security.

This particular branch of PNC has excellent customer service which is the most important aspect of any branch of any bank to me. They offer all of the services that you need. I have been a long time customer of PNC and have had a great experience with them at many of there locations. I recommend them to everyone.
