Great service at this Chantilly branch. They treat me like the client not criminal unlike the Ashburn, Va PNC location @ 44080 PIPELINE PLZ. ASHBURN, VA 20147. Continuation. I live in Ashburn, Va. Today I drove 25 minutes to come to this branch as they again are very good at what they do. No service. Not even taking $12(!). Not accepting US currency for imagined reasons.
Diyar Buzainy, brand manager, he needs more trainings how to host customer service. He was not a person fit in this position. He has no courtesy of how to deal customer needs. As longer as company keeps him this location, there will be no more new customers period.
Best local bank ever! Open till 6pm and still kindly helped me to address all requests when I entered the branch at 5:59pm and allowed me to do foreign currency exchange and pick up 1 day before my trip and exchange balance. Ms. Smitha & Harriet, you both ROCK! Thank you for staying late for me!
