I always love the smiling faces and hospitality! I’m always asked if I need water or a nibble! This last experience I had I was over the roof thankful!! Alvaro was able to help me while the other PNC banks and customer support couldn’t!! I tried for 2 weeks to get my online banking unlocked and working on my new phone and he did that for me in less than 10 minutes!! He has made my life easier and I can’t thank him enough! I will always seek his help when needed! He deserves 10 stars if I had the option. I wish this man nothi... read more
