Diyar Buzainy, brand manager, he needs more trainings how to host customer service. He was not a person fit in this position. He has no courtesy of how to deal customer needs. As longer as company keeps him this location, there will be no more new customers period.
Best local bank ever! Open till 6pm and still kindly helped me to address all requests when I entered the branch at 5:59pm and allowed me to do foreign currency exchange and pick up 1 day before my trip and exchange balance. Ms. Smitha & Harriet, you both ROCK! Thank you for staying late for me!

The only good thing about this branch is that it made me realized I had enough of PNC. With Branch locations closing, Out of order ATMs, and employees that make you find the out of order ATM more useful; my family is done.
Went there today and Mr. Ajay Verma was very helpful, provided a great customer experience. Had a wonderful time opening a bank account.
