Very professional and good customer service
Elvira went above and beyond to help me out. PNC has been my bank for over 20 yrs and her customer service yesterday reminded me why I have stayed with them so long! This isn’t my local branch but she treated me like I had been her customer for yrs- I might just have to stop in more often to see what else PNC can do for me :) thank you so much!
