I closed my account on January 16, 2025, due to dissatisfaction with PNC Bank's offerings and customer service. Despite being promised a refund within 30 days, it has now been over 60 days, and the refund has not been processed. The overseas customer service agents lack full access to necessary information, leading to repeated delays. Even the local branch directs you to call customer service instead of helping directly. Very disappointed with the service.

Can't make a simple cash/check deposit with a human, you can only use their ATM. Avoid this 'branch' if you want to do normal banking.
This branch has changed to a “solutions center” branch. No tellers, bankers, or loan officers here and the only banking services they offer are for investments. They’ll direct you to use their ATM for all other services. If you can’t do what you need via ATM, you’ll have to go to one of their other branches, call their customer support line, or go through their website/mobile app. Their mobile app frequently is down for maintenance, too.
