I have all of my accounts here and they are more into selling you things than customer service. It’s lists its private feel and you’re just a number. The mobile app has been nothing short of a disaster and always is shut down. My business account here as well and the fees are ridiculous.

I closed my account on January 16, 2025, due to dissatisfaction with PNC Bank's offerings and customer service. Despite being promised a refund within 30 days, it has now been over 60 days, and the refund has not been processed. The overseas customer service agents lack full access to necessary information, leading to repeated delays. Even the local branch directs you to call customer service instead of helping directly. Very disappointed with the service.
