PNC continues to strip away core services in favor of trendy upscale looks and systems that don't work. A simple check deposit took two "associates" on two different computers in two different offices to complete. Waste of time and money.
No teller service inside. Use the ATM or go elsewhere. HORRIBLE
I have all of my accounts here and they are more into selling you things than customer service. It’s lists its private feel and you’re just a number. The mobile app has been nothing short of a disaster and always is shut down. My business account here as well and the fees are ridiculous.
