I recently visited the bank December 9,2025 , Florench branch at 4:12 pm, and had an uncomfortable experience with the person at the counter name Lance His attitude made me feel nervous about asking questions—especially regarding the bills I needed . As a customer, I expected a more welcoming and supportive interaction. I hope the bank can improve on customer service so that people feel more comfortable and confident during their visits.
They are very helpful when there’s problems on your account like some one use your debit card or stolen your money they refund your money very quick it happened to me several times they help me a lot thanks for them
I visit this location a couple times a month, and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. Whether I’m going through the drive-through or stopping inside, I always feel well taken care of. The team is consistently friendly, efficient, and welcoming. It’s clear that they care about providing great service, and I truly appreciate their kindness!
