They are very helpful when there’s problems on your account like some one use your debit card or stolen your money they refund your money very quick it happened to me several times they help me a lot thanks for them
I visit this location a couple times a month, and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. Whether I’m going through the drive-through or stopping inside, I always feel well taken care of. The team is consistently friendly, efficient, and welcoming. It’s clear that they care about providing great service, and I truly appreciate their kindness!
DO NOT use the atm at this location to put in cash. Multiple times it has made it difficult and once took $320 and said pending for 30 minutes before then going out of service. It ate my money and my card. Was a complete hassle to finally get the money. Machine is always down…..
This is my bank! We have always had a good experience here: sold cars, used notary service (free for PNC clients), deposited $$, withdrew money, and tellers were fast and friendly. Did I mention TELLERS?? This PNC actually has knowledgeable real human tellers!! Unlike the PNC bldg (cannot even call it a branch) on Mt. Zion which is a joke! Thank you PNC 42 for being a real bank!
