This branch cannot even handle a simple international wire transfer. The branch representative does not have the most basic knowledge of different country names which messed up my wire transfer and did not notify me of the problem for over a week. Do not trust this Hillsborough branch.
I placed a call to the bank and spoke to Emily who was very abrupt. With her customer service manners she should not be answering the phone. I askednher for her name and she rudly answered "I introduced myself" I am.in the business of customer service and if one of my team members were to answer a customer in that manner. They would be coached and documented.
Par with other PNC branches. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I was an idiot and dropped a bunch of quarters on the floor. They came over and helped me pick them up from the carpet and gave me a bag. Very friendly :)
