Amazing banking experience- the staff is soo professional! And I appreciate that Soo much!!!
Had my account open for a week and I want to close it already because of shipping service.
Dealing with a sensitive matter and Laura was not very helpful or sympathetic. Literally gave me dirty looks while I was looking for assistance handling my father's estate. Everyone else was incredibly helpful. Laura however left a bad taste in my mouth and I am glad I no longer bank with PNC.
