We have customers a PNC bank. For about fifteen years they have always been helpful with all of our banking needs including ect help with faxing information and help completing forms.
My wife has an account here I have total access to this account and yet they wouldn’t trade some $20 bills for change. Bad customer service. Get an account at Farmers just down the road.

Horrible customer "service" at the PNC-Orrville bank today. My intention was to initiate a wire transfer service to another bank. I had called PNC Corporate earlier to inquire if I could complete this over the phone. I was told that it was possible but would take longer. They suggested visiting the branch bank where the forms could be initiated.
