Horrible customer "service" at the PNC-Orrville bank today. My intention was to initiate a wire transfer service to another bank. I had called PNC Corporate earlier to inquire if I could complete this over the phone. I was told that it was possible but would take longer. They suggested visiting the branch bank where the forms could be initiated. ATM ate my debit card. They dodged my questions when I asked about being charged for the replacement card and then charged me.
