Fantastic
Horrible customer "service" at the PNC-Orrville bank today. My intention was to initiate a wire transfer service to another bank. I had called PNC Corporate earlier to inquire if I could complete this over the phone. I was told that it was possible but would take longer. They suggested visiting the branch bank where the forms could be initiated. After I arrived at the bank I was told "no, no, no"... we do not have the forms for initiating a wire transfer and cannot help you. I explained that I had called corporate and was ad... read more
ATM ate my debit card. They dodged my questions when I asked about being charged for the replacement card and then charged me.
