There isn’t a worse banker than Lionel the branch manager. Heartless & inhumane. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this branch
My business has been using this bank for quite some time. Over the years, we've had countless issues with this branch. To start, the employees seem annoyed/understaffed when we bring in business deposits, especially ones involving change. Today we had only 3 deposits (small ones) and my employee was told that "there are too many, now I am going to need help".
