DO NOT TRUST THE APPOINTMENTS MADE AT THIS LOCATION. They will shamelessly tell you that your appointment was made in error and ask you to wait or reschedule. First of all there is no direct number online to call the branch. You have to call voice banking. They set an appointment for me. When I went in, that person had to jump on a call with the management. Customer service these days has really gone downhill, and this place shows it. They wanted us to wait 30 minutes to have a debit card printed with 3 people working there talking to each other. Were moat likely changing our banks.
I had an excellent experience with the customer service provided by Heather Mancini and Miguel Garro. They were incredibly helpful and resolved all my problems efficiently. Their assistance and professional demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
