I had a very smooth, professional experience with Lionell Chiero as he processed an IRA rollover for me. Friendly staff and convenient ATM access in front lobby and drive thru. 5 stars all around!
I didn’t get their names, but the staff I am referring to worked the 9 am shift on Saturday, 11/8 at the Palatine branch. The gentleman who stood by the door was friendly and welcoming as he held the door for clients coming in and out of the building. The two tellers were wonderful and professional. I really appreciated their patience when I made a special request to have some of the bills exchanged for newer bills.
Poor service from the manager, so sad to see all their staff change only to receive a very poor service. The manager Manny was more interested in getting out of work by 5 pm than listening to my concerns on my account, even when knowing I had arrived before closing.
I had a great experience at this PNC bank. Ms. Arroyo (I believe that's the correct spelling) was extremely professional and thorough. The clerks at the front were polite and welcoming as well. I didn't make an appointment but had the chance to talk with someone at a timely manner. 11/10 for Spanish speaking associates.
Terrible service. Opening a business account took over 4 months. I visited the bank branch three times to sign various documents and provided all the necessary information, yet in the end, they called me again asking to come in and sign another document. At Chase Bank, I opened an account in just one day — and without even being physically present. I do not recommend this terrible bank and its outdated service.
