The employees, including the assistant manager, were not very friendly and were not helpful at all. They definitely don’t go out of their way to help the customers.
I called murrysville location to ask their notary service as PNC bank website said this service is free for PNC customer. Unfortunate I was told they only notarize PNC documents only. If this is the case, please state the same on your website ! I am disappointed to PNC’s service to its customers.
