Worked with Dave to close old joint accounts and open new credit card and banking accounts. Absolutely seamless process, all questions answered, and explanations given. Very pleasant interaction!
This is such a nice bank. Didn't know banks has someone open door for you. They was very nice to me, answered my questions and helped me with my online account. I'm very happy with pnc bank.
Do yourself a favor find another bank.. ZERO customer service and horrible to customers.

Went in there after talking Pnc on the phone and then they tell me I have to wait for my money for a week when on the phone they said I could pick up a check
