Went in there after talking Pnc on the phone and then they tell me I have to wait for my money for a week when on the phone they said I could pick up a check
You show up at 12:30 pm on a Saturday, and it's closed, despite the hours saying it's open until 2 pm on Saturdays. Do the region a favor and get out of consumer banking. Your brand and service are so insensitive to customers.
I remember pulling into the parking lot and looking at the reviews for this location and I'm like "How does a bank get two stars? Let alone PNC. That can't be right." And I was correct! I was greeted every time I came to this location (only been there 2x, but still) and the teller I got both times was a woman named Marlene. She was very bubbly and we had a nice conversation as we were discussing things i needed done.
