I had a great experience at this bank. Hailey one of the tellers has helped me on my mortgage payment . How to do it. She is very patient & polite . Answered all my questions. Calvin that worked at the door today as a greeter. There was a really bad storm coming down. He offered to walk me & my brother with his big gold type umbrella to our car . We got to our car without being drenched.
The people are great. You will need to call and make an appointment with a banker for anything more than basic services (deposits, withdrawals, etc). However, they do not answer the phones 9 out of 10 times, which is why they received a 3 star review from me.
I spoke with Jaden and she was absolutely amazing so sweet so professional and she was on it I believe I spent less than 5 minutes on the phone with her disputing a fraud on my account she returned the money to my account without any questions asked and the phone call was over it was very pleasant and I definitely will make sure that I only speak to her when I call because she was absolutely an angel and I just love her
Worked with Dave to close old joint accounts and open new credit card and banking accounts. Absolutely seamless process, all questions answered, and explanations given. Very pleasant interaction!
This is such a nice bank. Didn't know banks has someone open door for you. They was very nice to me, answered my questions and helped me with my online account. I'm very happy with pnc bank.
