I went through the drive through this morning to make a deposit before work. I thought I had plenty of time however I was wronG!!! I was the only car there. I sent in my deposit with my license. I sat there for sometime waiting. A teller a while later asked if they could help me, I said that I already sent all my deposit and stuff in a long time ago. He said he would check. A teller Katrina at the Rt. 60 bank has got to be the poorest example of an employee I have ever come across at a bank. I know it’s hard to find good help. But PNC should definitely take a look at this person. Her customer service skills are atrocious. She is extremely NASTY to coworkers as she told one “ I don’t know I don’t make the schedule.” If you’re having a bad day please check it at the door and get RID of the chewing gum. Definitely not a good look for PNC.

I have been a client in this PMC bank for about 20 years.this morning I tried to calling you too many times and waiting for the ringing to ring over there it’s no one there for answering the phone!!!!it is a very bad for being this way for the all the clients who is meed to help on the phone with the bank business…….

Wanted to charge me $20 to cash a PNC check because I don't have a PNC account! I've never heard of that before! I had deposited the check in my account, but 2 days later, PNC Bank notified my bank that it was "Altered/Ficticious Items". Is this some kind of scam so PNC can make money for cashing checks? Very shady.
