Very slow service. I sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes. No acknowledgement. I rang r the bell and asked for my deposit back. No apologies. The main branch is so much better.
I came in to get a new debit card printed, and was told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait until the next available banker got back from lunch. This is understandable as I didn’t have an appointment. Then, a banker named Jaime, stepped up to help me spontaneously. This seems like a simple thing but this work ethic is hard to come by these days. Her kindness, professionalism and initiative took me by surprise and I was very pleased with her customer service!
Jaime Garcia was really nice, kind and patience, she helped me with everything I need.
Good bank.
