PNC either doesn't read the complaints or just doesn't care. Look at the other reviews, and my experience was no different. Simple transactions took almost an hour because our banker wouldn't stop trying to pitch products and began the pitch by saying, "Why don't you take your money elsewhere because it's not doing anything. " Lots of condescending tones, no respect for privacy, and absolute refusal to take no for an answer until you utterly infuriate the customer.
