The people there are very helpful and good to work with
I hate going into this branch. Josey has to be one of the most annoying people I've ever had to deal with. I needed a new card because my old one got stolen. She tried to keep talking to me when I was clearly upset. I told her I just want my new card and that I was not in the mood. Of course the printer was down so I could not get my new card. She didn't seem that sorry about the issue.
Not everyone here is excellent, but the ones who are shine very brightly in the customer service department. Josie is a delight to work with.
