I had to go to Macedonia to get assistance. ....which is crazy. Considering I live in SOLON. The drive to Macedonia was 18 minutes for a minute transaction, done by a head teller. The Solon branch told me I needed an appointment. .. while 6 people are in the branch doing NOTHING. HORRIBLE customer service. Even the customer service phone service thought it was ridiculous, and I called from the packing lot. Literally said I have my ID he said I will call them for you, and they told him the same thing.
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BANK!!! They talked my mother into taking out a $10,000 loan she would never possibly be able to pay back. When my mother was finally so over her head she embarrassingly told me she took out the loan. I have been trying to pay this loan back for my mother and PNC makes it next to impossible to pay them back. Updated: spoke with a manager who will speak with the teller. I have not returned to this location. I have been a PNC customer for almost 20 years and I have never been disrespectfully spoken to by a teller until today. This was my first visit to this location and I decided to write a review to share today’s poor visit. I have accounts with PNC as do my children. Have used this branch for three years. Initially was very customer centric but recently has gone down. 1st bad experience was in trying to have a vehicle title notarized. Was told they wouldn’t do it because I was the buyer and not the seller. Interesting requirement that I hadn’t experienced before. Went across the street to Chase and they notarized no problem. 2nd incident today, attempted to have a ticket notarized, they said they don’t do anything involving courts.
