Tellers work hard All other employees in the bank sit around doing nothing but refuse to work with customers who walk in unless they have an appointment
I had to go to Macedonia to get assistance. ....which is crazy. Considering I live in SOLON. The drive to Macedonia was 18 minutes for a minute transaction, done by a head teller. The Solon branch told me I needed an appointment. .. while 6 people are in the branch doing NOTHING. HORRIBLE customer service. Even the customer service phone service thought it was ridiculous, and I called from the packing lot. Literally said I have my ID he said I will call them for you, and they told him the same thing.
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BANK!!! They talked my mother into taking out a $10,000 loan she would never possibly be able to pay back. When my mother was finally so over her head she embarrassingly told me she took out the loan. I have been trying to pay this loan back for my mother and PNC makes it next to impossible to pay them back. It’s almost like they intentionally want this senior citizen to go into default so they can make additional money off of her. How pathetic, appalling, and unethical. Her income is $30,000 a year.
