Best banking experience you can ask for
Husband Jeff came thru the Collinsville branch today and Eric, the Senior branch manager, went out of his way to help. This is the second time he has went far above expectations for Jeff, and he is a real credit to PNC. Big thanks to Eric!
Very polite was greeted at the door offered coffee and water treated better than any other bank I have ever been in really enjoyed my coffee and cashed a check no problem.
PNC is the worst bank, if you have a loan you cannot add additional money to the principal with your payment, they took that option off their statement. The statement has a block that states check here for principal only and they put the whole payment towards principal. Well now how can I make my actual loan payment? Oh every month go to an actual branch, ridiculous. I've been trying for over a month to drop escrow from my account. Each time I overcome one of PNC obstacle, for instance you have to request it, wait two weeks ... read more
