They closed the in town branch forcing everyone to use the less accessible one in Elkton Mall.. Always understaffed so it's a 30 minute wait both drive through an inside. Exit is always blocked by Dunkin donut line. Should have closed this one and kept the town office open. At least increase staffing. The staff are doing their best under the circumstances. Not customer friendly building.
Definitely the worst case scenario and the last time ever to use this bank i lost my phone n tried to get into the app to turn my card on it took to weeks I had to wait for them to mail me a new password the bank was no help at all
Horrible service! I have been coming to this branch for years and I have never seen it this bad. They are always short staffed and wait times at the drive thru can be as long as 25 minutes before being waited on. Today it was 40 minutes and there were only two cars in front of me. Considering moving everything to another bank. PNC doesn't really care about the customers. Good talk but afraid to do the walk to correct the problem. Turn over of tellers is constant.
At a busy time of day there were no long wait times and everyone was very friendly. The teller Jagu was extremely friendly and helpful in solving my issues and answering questions. The service was very quick and everyone inside was kind and helpful.
