Imagine going to a bank and making a joke about the government. Nothing off color, nothing insulting. One teller gets offended, curses you under her breath, cries to her boss, and PNC closes all your accounts WITHOUT EXPLANATION! Branch pretends they know nothing about it. A disgraceful and disgusting manner in which to treat a decades-long client with a very substantial balance. Perhaps it's a godsend - inept management and ridiculous fees. Oh, and PNC? Please don't bother reacting with your canned responses.

I frequent this location to cash checks for my job. Most times I’m able to complete the transaction with little to no hassle until today. Initially, I went to the drive up teller. Instead of cashing the checks at the window, I was asked to come inside the branch. I’ve cashed a large sum (less than $1500) at the drive thru, which would just require the teller to send the container more than once. I guess that was too much of an inconvenience for her. After giving a one star review several years because the branch Manager consistently did a poor job on several levels, I am very happy to see the new Manager. She had already made several changes to the customers area. She also had jumped in as a teller to help at busy times. Not once did I see the old Manager do that...I look forward to my future in person visits!
Carmen was fantastic! Helped me open a new account explained the benefits. I look forward to doing future business.
