After having the worst experience in TD bank, I felt like my world was destroyed; But as I stepped into PNC I was hit with the most delightful atmosphere. The staff greeted me like a human being—not just another transaction. Compared to TD’s mess of a “bank” PNC knocks them out of the park. If you’re sick of being treated like a burden at TD, hop on this PNC train with me. We’re riding in peace now.
