Bank tellers were helpful and did everything they could but this branch is very understaffed. Clear knowledge gap when cashing in bonds / foreign currency so that even the bankers with offices don't know how to deal with the situation. Overall super friendly staff but very understaffed.

Waited over an hour for “verification” for a cashiers check for money that was 100% available in my account from a PNC issued check i deposited in the beginning of the week. Then conveniently when they closed at 1:00 they all of a sudden had a rule that states you need to wait 5 days after the deposit until you can get a cashiers check.they obviously just wanted to get me to leave. What an absolute joke of a branch, never would have happened at TD bank. Getting my money and closing my account first thing monday.
