Waited over an hour for “verification” for a cashiers check for money that was 100% available in my account from a PNC issued check i deposited in the beginning of the week. Then conveniently when they closed at 1:00 they all of a sudden had a rule that states you need to wait 5 days after the deposit until you can get a cashiers check.they obviously just wanted to get me to leave. What an absolute joke of a branch, never would have happened at TD bank. Getting my money and closing my account first thing monday.
The 5 stars are for Manu who provided us with top-notch service. The PNC credit card center, customer service center, and others, were utterly horrid. They were not truthful (liar is an ugly word, isn't it?), unhelpful, and lacking any skills in that tool box of "customer service". I spent FOUR DAYS, needlessly being stressed out by these examples of terrible admins. PS: Outsourcing is costing more money than you're saving, PNC. Thank you, Manu, for all of your hard work.
The old “Indian” lady racially profiled me and asked me if I was with the other “Hispanics” that were in line when I was clearly across the room waiting. Then she proceeded to tell me that someone will be with me shortly, fine no problem. New person walks and she brings them directly into her office as if I wasn’t there. I felt clearly disrespected and as a Banker, I’m not sure how she gets up and does her job everyday with that kind of attitude. PNC please do better
