I absolutely love this branch, all of their employees are friendly & knowledgeable, the manager is always helpful, she knows how to set up everything fast, I was in a jam & needed to get my money out for an emergency situation that came up & Amber made it so easy for me to go & handle my business that day, what more can I say ? Terrible customer service. Says wait time is 5 minutes end up waiting 20 just to be hung up on. Would never recommend PNC bank for anything after what I have experienced with them.
