This location has phenomenal customer service and has been extremely helpful every single time I go. Very thankful.
Same experience with deposit. No longer using paper deposit slips… only ones left are in Spanish (which I used) after verifying me with license and Visa. Teller was nice, but new policy is ridiculous. Then— I tried to get a debit card in the office, my name on account, drivers license but didn’t have cell phone on file so couldn’t send a code. Therefore… no debit card. Time to switch to Citizens!!!
