Usually a great experience when I go to this branch but today . A friendly young woman was taking care of everything and checked something with a peer and that teller must have had a bad day. I talked to her fir a few seconds and she was highly annoyed with my conversation and was mumbling under her breath " thats not what I was talking about". Well I know which teller i will avoid on my next visit.
I've banked at this branch for a while and they are so friendly and helpful.

I went to this branch to have a wire transfer performed. It was an international transfer that I had to transfer in euros. I had done transfers prior to this at two other branches for PNC. This one just happened to be in a convenient location on my way home from work. The guy doing the wire transfer told me I had to convert the dollars to euros myself and then tell him what amount to put in. I told him that was silly.
