Staff is friendly and courteous, but there are much better companies to invest and bank your money.
The local branch staff members are fantastic. They are always friendly, supportive, and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, the corporate back office ruins the experience. Despite legal "Know Your Customer" (KYC) requirements, the bank makes unreasonable demands and frequently places highly questionable holds on my funds. It feels less like financial security and more like an attempt to lock up customer money. Joining this bank is the absolute worst banking decision I have ever made.
