Worst customer service ever! This branch is managed by horrible people who are just nasty to customers.
The male banker just right out lied to me and the main branch. Terrible service. I'll be closing my accounts.
PNC's policy is to hold the customer 100% responsible for any loss due to identity theft, scams, etc. I see a review from 2018 where they worked with a customer after an unfortunate situation like this. I can guarantee you, they no longer do this. They will stick you with the entire bill. The "agents" read off a script and have no ability or desire to help. The tellers are great but when you have an issue, It seems like the manager is always in her office and too busy to deal with customers
