Long time customer, but I have decided to leave PNC today with one major account and 3 sub accounts. Went to go pull out my cash today for a new car. They didnt have $20k to give me, didnt even have $5k, and looked at me funny when i suggested visiting other branches for the difference. Ended up walking out with $0. Its my money for which they're giving me a whopping .05% in my savings account. PNC can find their business elsewhere it wont be me
If you’re not a PNC customer they will not help you at all. I’m a business owner and I can’t have accounts at every bank in the nation. I have a large check I’m trying to verify funds and no one will help. This is helpful though…. I know now I never want to be a PNC account holder.
Save yourself the headache!!!!!!! My husband went and opened an account, and we both went together to add myself onto the same account one day later. EIGHT DAYS later and I STILL don’t have access to this account. According to customer support, this branch still hasn’t submitted the proper paperwork despite promising multiple times it was handled.
