Friends and family please do not use PNC bank. After 10 years they did not respect their 0 fraud guarantee. Someone from out of state has taken 100s of dollars from me. It took weeks for the investigation and ruled “it could have been me”. Although they day I opened my card a very large purchase from Utah was placed, followed by trasnactions in michigan. Im not sure how thats possible but they will not refund me the fraudulent charges. I ussaly don’t do things like this but my family has been stolen from.
Very friendly employees especially the lovely lady in the drive thru!
