Hands down best customer service. Everyone has been helpful and courteous. I've had 2 apts with Jacob this year and he ALWAYS goes about and beyond.
Had an appointment. He forgot to follow up, and I was unable to discuss things with the other person. However, he did call and set up a phone call for me to talk to them later. Did get good info on scams and how to avoid them. Clean and friendly bank.
ATM NEVER WORKS
This is the closest PNC branch near me now since they closed the branch in Almont a while ago. I usually use the drive thru which has the friendliest teller! She's so polite & helpful!
