ATM NEVER WORKS
This is the closest PNC branch near me now since they closed the branch in Almont a while ago. I usually use the drive thru which has the friendliest teller! She's so polite & helpful!
Branch is no longer open on Saturday!! Guess it's better than closing the branch altogether, but it's BS...
I have to give a huge shout out to Ken, he is AMAZING! He has helped me through getting accounts that are out of the normal banking needs, and has helped me in just my regular banking needs. He is super helpful, professional, patient, understanding, and listens! Has been super open to taking the next step to figuring out the best option for you with no hesitation! I would never choose anyone else to go to! All.in all the other staff here at PNC have a been great.
