Don’t bother setting up a business acct with PNC. Useless and when you need help you get stonewalled. Will gladly take business and personal Accts elsewhere.
Crazy you call one employee tells you one thing then you go to the store and then they tell you something totally different. Doesn’t seem like anyone here actually knows how to do their job properly.
PNC Bank (Latrobe Branch) helped me out tremendously. They were able to assist me with a somewhat “unique” transaction for my Vehicle Loan. I reached out to PNC’s main loan center and they were unable to assist me via phone call. Finally, I reached out to the closest Branch. They promptly scheduled me to come in and review the details of my transaction. I only have a vehicle loan with PNC, as my regular accounts are with another Bank.
