Good bank for them to hold my money. But never have they given me a credit card. And I have owned two homes and paid them off!! 🤷♀️
I wanna share my story I came into the Pnc to apply for a credit card and there was something on my credit report that wasn’t good. Elvira took the time to call Experian with Me. We figured it out. There was stuff on there. That wasn’t me. She went above and beyond and I reapplied and I got the credit card. She is a great manager and she goes above and beyond for her clients, I love this Pnc and I will go nowhere else.

Got rid of all my cash back cards that were being hacked. Problem is PNC still thinks I have one of them. After several trips to the bank and talking to the manager Christian 3 times , I'm still getting notices from corporate that I still have the card and now owe them late fees. Corine who worked at the bank and has since quit , tried 4 times to solve the problem to no avail.
