I’ve been a customer at this branch for quite some time and always had a great experience. Every time I visit, everyone is so friendly and I feel welcomed. The tellers are helpful and the bankers have always quickly and professionally assisted me with several issues. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes me feel like a priority, doing their best to keep things moving. It’s clear they care about providing excellent service, which is why I prefer this branch.
Ridiculously long wait times. Came in just to deposit a check, Only two tellers working and the manager took them to back area for meeting,and their were 5 people in line for their regular banking. I went back two time without banking last week and today i had bad experience again so wont be back again at this branch. Corporate need to change the manager for improve the business.
Adam Fromme was extremely helpful with a problem I was having with my checking account. He went out of his way to help me find a solution to my problem.
