I do not recommend this branch. People are slow and very unprofessional. Bank manager have to get involved and she was no help at all. Please help this location to improve.
People in this bank location are super slow. I do not recommend banking here. Took 45 minutes to withdraw money from my account and this with calling ahead and preparing bank about my visit. Loren a bank manager at this location not a good example to lead.
“ TOTALLY CLUELESS “ I needed to wire some money from this bank ! The app required that I have a debit card ! So I went to the branch. The employee there said , no problem ! I’ll set you up to get a card on the mail in 3-5 business days ! I need to transfer today . I have substantial deposits in this bank including a large business account ! I’ve been a customer at this branch for quite some time and always had a great experience. Every time I visit, everyone is so friendly and I feel welcomed. The tellers are helpful and the bankers have always quickly and professionally assisted me with several issues. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes me feel like a priority, doing their best to keep things moving. It’s clear they care about providing excellent service, which is why I prefer this branch.
Ridiculously long wait times. Came in just to deposit a check, Only two tellers working and the manager took them to back area for meeting,and their were 5 people in line for their regular banking. I went back two time without banking last week and today i had bad experience again so wont be back again at this branch. Corporate need to change the manager for improve the business.
