This is Saturday 2/1. We come over to PNC at Morristown to renew a CD. No people lining before us. A young female rep has been chatting with a young a gentleman before we came in. We had waited for more than an hour and 15min and the chat is still going! Is this a working place? And I am told that the female rep is the manger.
