DISCRIMINATORY BRANCH- I OPENED AN ACCOUNT ONLINE AND WAS TOLD BY THE BACKEND DEPARTMENT THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO GO IN BRANCH TO GET A DEBIT CARD PRINTED HASSLE FREE BECAUSE THATS A SERVICE THEY OFFER FOR THEIR CLIENTS. THE MANAGER AND TELLER TREATED ME LIKE I WAS TRYING TO SCAM THEM AND ALL I WAS DOING WAS ASKING FOR A DEBIT CARD TO UTILIZE AND ACCESS AN ACCOUNT I WAS SECURELY VERIFIED AND APPROVED FOR. Nestor Cruz was very knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease.
Currently on line at drive thru, going on 12 minutes because the teller is alone and working both to drive up and the inside of the bank. This is unfair to her and all customers. This is very poor service. Have more people on duty. The response I received from PNC Bank was generic and does not say that they are going to fix the problem.
