Currently on line at drive thru, going on 12 minutes because the teller is alone and working both to drive up and the inside of the bank. This is unfair to her and all customers. This is very poor service. Have more people on duty. The response I received from PNC Bank was generic and does not say that they are going to fix the problem. They did however request that I contact them privately moving forward. Everybody at the bank had been so kind and helpful. It's really sad to see the negative reviews because I have been treated like a friend with how helpful and kind everybody has been.
This bank location is one of the best PNC locations I've dealt with. They had professionalism and knowledge in answering all my questions and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
