I’ve been a PNC customer since high school, so I’m familiar with many of the bank’s processes and procedures. While visiting family in New Jersey, I stopped by this branch to withdraw cash because I had ordered a replacement debit card that hadn’t arrived yet. Horrible bank. I waited 20 minutes to speak to a representative for assistance with my bill pay Several of my accounts have not been paid. When he answered i couldn't understand him. Asked him to call me back and i was disconnected. Called the bank on Rt10 at 10:54 and nobody answered.
DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW AT DOING THEIR JOB. I HAVE WAITED IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 20 MINUTES TO DO A WITHDRAWAL. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU’RE ON A 30 MINUTE LUNCH BREAK
Never seen service like this before here at this branch. Had people open and close the door for us. Wait time was very reasonable. Everyone was also happy and smiling. Not sure if it was long weekend vibes but appreciated their service.
