I came in to finalize a loan with Clyde Fraser. He was a gentleman throughout the whole process, made thoughtful recommendations based on my situation, and showed a lot of empathy and care. He is a pleasure to do business with.

I agreed to have a check depositing machine(PANINI ) for $25 a month. It does not work and no one knows where I can return it. No one at three different banks and no one at Merchant services can help. I now have to pay for something I can't use. It is frustrating using PNC
