They are always friendly and helpful.
Looongg wait times for service. Long. Longer than a game of golf. 18 holes.
There are 3 tellers I deal with 99% of the time in the Blakeslee branch. They are great !! 5 stars !! The manager is lovely, 5 stars !! Unfortunately, these 4 are overshadowed by the one person that has neither the skills nor the personality to ever work in customer service. Sitting in the parking lot, and a 5 minute phone call to PNC solved the issue I had. Seems like something they could have handled in the branch instead of being obnoxious. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
