Worker cashed my 20 year bond approx 3-4 months before their maturity date despite me saying not to. Not only this, but I immediately ask if there is a way to reverse the transaction. The worker says there is not. I ask for help on the matter, and the people there try and work on reversing the check. I come back 30 mins later after they try to undo the transaction and they tell me there was a specific way to undo the transaction, but they did not complete it in time. Whenever I come into this location, I always leave with a good experience, most recently a teller named Magda helped me through a small inconvenience I had and made sure I left with the problem solved, I’m a little upset that this location is closing but other than that, customer service is always on point.

I have been with PNC since it purchased Midamerica bank about 20 years ago. I have overall had a good experience. I unfortunately did not know good my branch manager was at my current branch until I was had to deal with the one currently at this location in Plainfield. He claimed that I was going to be charged for my safe deposit box which I have never been charged for in 20 years and was part of the agreement when I joined the bank.
