I want to start off that I do not have an account with PNC. I went to this location (drive thru) May 4, 2020 around 10:45am to get change for a $50.00 bill. I was not close to my personal bank, the closest one was in Wadsworth. I was NOT there to cash a check but to exchange American currency for American currency. After sitting in line for 25 minutes (1 lane during the covid pandemic) I was told no that they would not break my $50 dollar bill because I did not have an account. She just said no. I wish there was still a closer branch (Seville, Rittman), but the friendly staff here makes it worth the drive.
I have to drive a little further to do my banking, but each and every one of the staff make you feel like family-it's a great trade-off!
