My daughter is away from home and needed cash put into her account . I don’t have a PNC account. I went to the bank with cash to help resolve her emergency. I was informed by Carol, that PNC would NOT ACCEPT THE CASH OR ALLOW ME TO DEPOSIT CASH INTO HER ACCOUNT!!! Why?? Because I don’t have an account with them??!! Update: After speaking with a "DIFFERENT" branch, the matter was handled. It was during this time that I was informed that the 6 Centerton Road branch could have created a profile as I was physically in the branch with proper "Real" Identification and my daughter was in the PNC in a different state at the same time, speaking directly to staff at the Centerton Road branch in my presence but chose not to do "their job". Just because PNC has had issues with money laundering, you don't punish the people who want to deposit CASH.... read more
Muhammad was the best bank teller ever! he was patient and kind when we caused a line, he treated us with utmost respect even though management and other impatient customers were applying unnecessary pressure. Maybe management should have at least 2 tellers available at all times? either way, only giving the 5 star review BECAUSE our teller was amazing and professional! other than that, maybe only 3 out of honestly.
Third PNC branch I tried today and every branch has been worst then the last one-most insane banking experience of my life. I Should be able to give them all a ZERO stars. Walked in, had teller put my name in the cue and told me to go have a seat. Waited another 20 mins as one employee told me she would be right with me-after 20mins. The other employee totally ignored me until I was walking out the door-and the third gentlemen in his office I was watching him sleep as I was patiently waiting.
