Terrible customer service. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a business that I trust to hold my money. I was unable to complete a deposit with my ID present and name on the account. Totally insane.

I’ve been depositing cash into my 82-year-old father’s PNC account for years so he can pay his mortgage. Today, at the Medina branch, the teller suddenly demanded my ID to make a cash deposit. I understand banks have AML policies, but PNC has never asked me for ID for a straight cash deposit before.
