For well over 15 years have received 5 Star service from this PNC Bank branch. First from Mr. Bradshaw who has transferred to another PNC branch and now with Anna Maria, Isabel, Beatrice and the entire Team at the Forrest Hill and Dixie Hwy PNC branch who carry on providing the excellent customer service and solution solving banking I have enjoyed and experienced over these many years. Thank You PNC
this branch is usually very courteous and pleasant.however, i had issue with giving my debit card which never leaves my possession.the woman manager with blonde curly hair needs additional training or replacement after telling me to close my account. how rude! she spoke over me and does not know i have had an account since 1991. thats 34 years! bring back elaina .
Terrible bank Every time my direct deposit comes from my employer they withhold my funds Their mobile banking is broken their available balance never is accurate And my digital wallet never works at their atms but somehow works for purchases If you do not want access to your funds bank here but i will be transferring banks
Some bank manager didn’t let my handicap girlfriend park her car in the handicap spot. This place sucks.
This bank has terrible service, I went to deposit money through the drive thru and the machine swallowed the money. This bank does not want to respond.
