Been with them since the branch opened. Right now, they have a hard time retaining staff. Waited over 15 min in the drive-through. Called the next day, it rang and rang, no answer, and no way to leave a message. Walked in to complain about the lack of service and was told I would have to make an appointment for 4 days from now. The lack of staff and the inability to retain staff have left this branch in a very poor state. PNC has serious issues; this is just one microcosm of my issues. Avoid doing business with them.
Amber, Iris and the team were kind and very informative. I walked and and the team were handling a Karen with so much kindness and attempting to find a solution but the Karen just wanted to keep ranting. However, the ladies handled that with class. I love coming to this branch!

I have been with this bank for 45 years through all of the transitions. Fidelity Federal, National City, and PNC. I have always received exemplary service at this branch.
For well over 15 years have received 5 Star service from this PNC Bank branch. First from Mr. Bradshaw who has transferred to another PNC branch and now with Anna Maria, Isabel, Beatrice and the entire Team at the Forrest Hill and Dixie Hwy PNC branch who carry on providing the excellent customer service and solution solving banking I have enjoyed and experienced over these many years.
