ATM very often don’t have money or not working at all. If I want to deposit more than 2 checks at the time, the machine can’t read the amount of it and keeps returning the checks. Long lines to use the ATM because they lack the door where the other ATM is at and we can’t get in after certain hours.
Slow service in drive Tru...expect a 20 plus min wait. For transactions that should be quick and fast , is not. Ogden location is same story ..
I just called into the branch, took them very long to answer and when they did I heard the bank representatives entire conversation with clients. I heard client names, appointment information and other sensitive information. Very concerning! I ended up hanging up on my end since I heard more clients coming in and their conversations too.
