Great location, friendly staff, ninety minute parking out front, do not park on the side road. They ticket and toe there. Can't say enough good things about PNC

The worst experience that I had with any bank. Wait time for a Debit/ATM card is at lease 45 min wait. Not extremely busy, no one waiting to be seen.
I’ve been banking at this particular location for years. They have always been welcoming and courteous. Today my husband I went in for an online problem and we were taken care of by Angel. Despite being close to closing time, not once did we feel he was in a rush to care for our matter. ATM very often don’t have money or not working at all. If I want to deposit more than 2 checks at the time, the machine can’t read the amount of it and keeps returning the checks. Long lines to use the ATM because they lack the door where the other ATM is at and we can’t get in after certain hours.
