I waited for 15 minutes in line so I could get my debit card reprinted because mine expired and the new one got “lost in the mail” according to PNC customer service. After waiting, the associate told me I’d have to wait up to 2 hours and I needed an appointment to reprint my debit card but I told them I called PNC customer service who told me any branch can reprint it immediately with no appointment.
