This is the best bank! The employees are absolutely wonderful. I travel VERY far out of my way to bank at this particular branch. Special shout out to Christina and Paul for being extra awesome
I can’t tell you the amazing service and support I receive at this wonderful bank. I had several complicated banking issues and Paul Allen and Cristina were absolutely wonderful. This is such a difficult time for my family and having them to help me with their incredible expertise was so helpful. This bank is warm and welcoming and so efficient. A million thanks.
PNC is a bank designed to make you have money problems. They definitely don't care about any customers. I went on a trip to Europe for 2 weeks. I let them know weeks to months before. I can't use my debit card at any ATM. I called them 5 times. Each time they said the problem was fixed and lied each time. The more I called the more I got the same answers. PNC is run by pathetic idiots who can't do math.
