Great staff
I visited this location for the proximity to my workplace and was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service I received from the branch manager. Also the staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solutions for my banking needs. The manager Brad took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that truly values its customers.
We have been clients of PNC since the start and I can not give enough praises on how outstanding the White House Station Branch employees cateer to their customers! Arby (Audry), Marie, Christina and a few others I can't recall their names but this branch is a 20 out of 10 when it comes to good service. Thank you for always being over the top helpful!
