Joann helped me set up my business account. She was so friendly and helpful in every way! Had a bad experience with another bank near by but Joann really worked with us so that we were prepared with the correct documents and paperwork. You can really tell she loves what she does.

Noticed a big improvement over the last few weeks. Service has gotten a lot better, staff seems friendlier and more eager to please. Greeted by the manager who was professional, introduced herself and offered to help with my accounts. Very pleased with my experience at the PNC branch in Flanders NJ!
Their bank managers and wealth managers have zero follow up skills. They don't even return emails even when I tell them I am going to close my account. Then when I go in to close my account, they say there is a problem with the signature card (they didn't have it in file) and keep me there for 2 hours plus while they work it out. Meanwhile, they let my husband make a large withdrawal a few weeks prior without a signature card. Plus, their rates are bottom of the barrel. Use the smaller community banks.
